As a child, Izae Etifier spent her holidays in Le Prêcheur, at the foot of Mount Pelée, between her grandmother’s house and the river strewn with volcanic rocks. The rocks were so much a part of the landscape, of their games, of every single day, that they ended up permeating Izae. Today she is convinced that while stone is a fundamental element of life on Earth, it is also a key to reconnecting with our own density and energy. She paints the soul, the breath, the vibration that stones reveal to her…
