We do not accept exchanges. In the case of a refund, if you wish to return a part to us, you have a period of 15 calendar days to send your request to customer service. Your email must specify the reference of the article and the reason for the return. Postage will be at your expense. Be sure to reuse the original packaging to provide maximum protection for the item that will travel in the opposite direction.
