Maison de la Guadeloupe
A true interface between Guadeloupe, mainland France, and the rest of the world, the Maison de la Guadeloupe in Paris aims to be a resource center for Guadeloupean nationals, who can make an appointment to find a point of contact for their requests.

The place
The Maison de la Guadeloupe will be a place for meeting, discussion, and sharing around youth, entrepreneurship, culture, sports, and all those who hold Guadeloupe dear to their hearts.
As a community that promotes solidarity, the departmental council hopes that the Maison de la Guadeloupe and its partners will help facilitate the return of Guadeloupeans to their homeland by creating a gateway for those who wish to do so.
The Maison de la Guadeloupe in Paris will also act as a relay for departmental solidarity initiatives, in particular through the promotion of its schemes such as honor loans.
Its premises will also house co-working spaces that can be made available to overseas associations based in Paris, or to project leaders, upon request. An office will also be reserved for all Guadeloupean elected officials who wish to receive project leaders there.

The artists
Works by contemporary Guadeloupean artists are exhibited in the different spaces, reflecting the diversity of the islands of Guadeloupe and representing the people, landscapes, and rituals that shape Guadeloupean identity.

A partnership with La Maison Gaston
La Maison Gaston aims to contribute to the recognition of Creole artists in the French West Indies and La Réunion. That is why we are delighted to support the Maison de la Guadeloupe, which offers an overview of contemporary Guadeloupean art. We were responsible for selecting and hanging the works, in collaboration with the Contemporary Art Fund.
